This is
a real world training event with hands-on exercises to ensure proficiency in
doing installation tasks.
ATT-TP76300
will be used as AT&T installation requirements along with manufacturer
requirements during the assessment and training classes.
This is a two week training course
Mon –Fri 8 AM to 5 PM 80 hour course.
This
is an unpaid training event with no guarantee of employment.

Skill
level/pay increase (up to Level 2 installer $17.00) possible at
six month review, based on Performance, Attendance, and Attitude.

Upon
the availability of opportunity, you can start work as a Level 1 installer
for Lawrence Telecom Solutions (starting pay rate: 12 to 14 US$/hr).
It will
be beginning to start a career as a Telecom Installer with a well-designed
growth plan from Level 1 (12 US$/hr) to Level 4
(25+US$/hr) and progress even more.
It
offers you the opportunity to get the exposed to and work with renowned
companies like AT&T & Verizon.
Upon
completion of training course you will be able to work in different fields
such as Wire-line, Wireless, Outside Plant, Structured Cabling, Power etc.
Training
is Free.
Upon
the successful completion of the training, you may win a level 1 Installers
Toolkit.
Lawrence Telecom Solutions has
developed a skills assessment, to test the installer’s ability to use a
technical reference and the ability to demonstrate hands-on tasks for a
specific skill level using the ATT-TP-76300.
